I didn’t create The Inner Truth Method™ because life was easy.
I created it because I learned what it costs to ignore what you already know.
For years, I felt the quiet inner voice guiding me toward clarity and alignment — and I overrode it. Not because it wasn’t clear, but because I hadn’t yet learned to name it.
Through deep inner work, lived experience, and years spent guiding others through complex and emotionally charged decisions, I came to understand something simple:
Intuition is rarely absent.
It is often present long before we are ready to listen —
and easily overridden when honoring it requires courage.
For over a decade, I have worked closely with individuals navigating conflict, change, and high-stakes moments. I have studied behavioral patterns, personality dynamics, and emotional regulation — learning how to recognize what sits beneath confusion and help people steady themselves within it.
As a poet and an author, I have always used language as a way of listening. For me, writing is not performance — it is revelation. My poetry and my work are rooted in the same place: deep observation, emotional honesty, and respect for the inner compass that guides us home.
The Inner Truth Method™ lives at the intersection of discernment, steadiness, and trust.
I do not give you answers.
I help you accept, discern, find courage, and align with what you already know.
You don’t need more noise.
You need clarity.
You need steadiness.
You need someone who can hold space while you learn to trust yourself again.
It is my honor to walk beside you as you return to your inner truth.
